PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing many collagen sheets collectively without damaging smoothness and flatness of a sheet surface. SOLUTION: After forming a collagen solution frozen layer 11 by pouring a collagen solution into a tray 10 and freezing it, a water frozen layer 12 is formed by pouring water on the collagen solution frozen layer and freezing it and then, a collagen solution frozen layer 11 is formed by pouring the collagen solution on the water frozen layer 12 to be frozen. A block 13 is formed by alternately repeating the process of forming the water frozen layer 12 and the process of forming the collagen solution frozen layer. By vacuum-drying the block 13, moisture contained in the respective collagen solution frozen layer 11 is sublimated and removed and they are changed into porous collagen sheets respectively. Additionally, the water frozen layer 12 is sublimated and removed, and the respective collagen sheets are obtained in the state of being directly laminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
