PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion preventive coating film for an aluminum alloy, particularly for an aluminum alloy having excellent self-repairing properties suitable to a temporary heat exchanger by solving the problem in the conventional corrosion preventive coating film for the aluminum alloy and a method for forming the corrosion preventive coating film. SOLUTION: The corrosion preventive coating film is formed on a substrate made of an aluminum alloy, is composed of a trifluoride resin containing one or more kinds selected from zinc, titanium and niobium by 0.1 to 10 vol%, and has excellent self-repairing properties.
