PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali ion water conditioner, wherein the standby power is reduced, the elapsed time is grasped even while the power is shut off and cleaning is performed according to the managed time. SOLUTION: This alkali ion water conditioner is constituted so that water is electrolyzed in an electrolytic cell 7 to produce alkali ion water and acid ion water. When power is shut off during nonuse, time measurement is stopped since the standby power is zero. When power is supplied to this alkali ion water conditioner to reuse it, the state of this alkali ion water conditioner before power is shut off is reproduced by a control means 19 and time measurement is started since the updated time.
