PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a cationic electrodeposition coating excellent in anticorrosion property, finishing property, and coating stability. SOLUTION: The electrodeposition coating comprises (A) a specific resin component, (B) a blocked polyisocyanate compound, and (C) at least one kind of a rust preventive component selected from the group consisting of a metal ion selected from zirconium, titanium, cobalt, vanadium, tungsten and molybdenum; an oxy-metal ion of the metal; and a fluoro-metal ion of the metal.
