The forceps has branches arranged at ends of a tube shank (3) and/or a connecting rod or a pull rod (4) running through the tube shank. The branches are connected with a grip part (2) for operation, where the part comprises of a swivelable operating lever (9). The lever is penetrated into a borehole (14) from a connecting rod or a pull rod directly in the tube shank, and an end (18) of the lever is linked by a guide at the grip part.
