摘要 FIELD: injection molding processes and equipment, namely manufacture of high-frequency dielectric matching transformers. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminary emulsion copolimeryzation of styrene with nitrile of acrylic acid and alpha-methyl styrene by successive mixing of components; cooling prepared pellets and depositing them in the form of tablets and(or) powdered mixture of styrene + alpha-methyl styrene; feeding prepared mixture in the form of powder and(or) tablets to hopper of molding equipment; producing plasticisized mixture of melt in the form of discrete-mass batch of powder and(or) tablet; heating said mixture in hopper till 190 - 200°C; injecting melt mixture to press mold at specific injection pressure 9.5 - 14MPa for 3 - 5 min; interim cooling press-mold till 50°C; selecting mode parameters and keeping their values for strictly normalized technological cycle. It provides condition of maximally safe process for shaping pellets of styrene and alpha-methyl styrene. Further treatment of pellets together with desired components provides important physical and chemical characteristics of articles of radio navigation systems. It is realized due to detailed preparation process at desired relation of percentage contents of copolymer components and it is necessary for changing angle of reflected signal received by flying object by means of high-frequency dielectric irradiator of antenna array. ^ EFFECT: possibility for making articles with high dielectric permeability and small dielectric losses used for producing valve diodes with desired functions. ^ 1 ex
