FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to connect anastomosed intestinal departments by end-to-end type with the help of compression device made of material of shape-memory effect. It is necessary to impregnate the device and suture line into large intestinal lumen. Moreover, after applying the device at external surface of large intestinal walls one should form median and lateral folds by "bridle"-type technique with triangular sutures. Impregnation of anastomosed part into large intestinal lumen should be carried out together with "bridles" and parietal section of small intestinal mesentery for the value correspondent to the size of ileoceccal protuberance.
