摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Multi-layer tube (I) (radial direction of outside towards interior), comprises an external polyamide layer (Ia), a binder layer (Ib) (comprising shock modifier (M) (elastomers or low density polyethylenes) functionalized by copolyamide 6/12), an optional ethylene vinyl alcohol layer (Ic) with a binder layer and an interior layer (Id), where the layers are successively adhered at their respective zone of contact. #CMT# : #/CMT# Multi-layer tube (I) (radial direction of outside towards interior) comprises an external polyamide layer (Ia), a binder layer (Ib) (comprising one shock modifier (M) (1-50 wt.%) (elastomers or low density polyethylenes) functionalized by copolyamide 6/12 (50-99 wt.%)), an optional ethylene vinyl alcohol layer (Ic) with a binder layer and an interior layer (Id) (which is madeup of polyamide 12 (P1), polyamide 6 (P2) or mixture of (P2) with (P2) matrix and polyolefin dispersed phase), where the layers are successively adhered at their respective zone of contact. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# (I) useful in the transport of gasoline (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# (I) has improved shock modifier. (I) has improved mechanical property (bursting strength and flexibility) and dimensional stability to gasoline. (I) is safe with the fuels and oils of lubrication of the engine under high and low temperature. (I) is resistant to cold shocks, breakage and permeability (a very low permeability to the gasoline). (I) has improved cold impact resistance. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: (Id) is an electro conducting material (preferably does not contain primarily electro conducting material) and (I) further comprises an interior layer laid out of with dimensions of the layer and an electro conducting material. (M) is ethylene propylene rubber or ethylene propylene diene monomer (which is grafted with maleic anhydride). (Ib) is a copolyamide mixture, comprising copolymide rich in (P2) (containing 50-90% of (P2)) and copolyamide rich in (P1) (containing 50-90 wt.% of (P1) to 10-50% of (P2)). (M) is 5-40 (preferably 5-30) wt.% for 60-95 (preferably 70-95) wt.% of copolyamide or its mixture. (Ic) comprises 50-95 (preferably 70-95) wt.% of ethylene vinyl alcohol to 5-50 (preferably 5-30) wt.% of ethylene propylene rubber. (Id) is a dispersed phase of polyolefin (optionally linear low density ethylene propylene, ethylene propylene, ethylene propylene rubber or ethylene propylene diene monomer). The (P2) matrix is present at 50-85 (preferably 55-80) wt.% of dispersed phase polyolefin (15-50 (preferably 20-45) wt.%). (P2) and polyolefin mixture with matrix comprises (P2) (50-90 (preferably 60-80) wt.%), high density polyethylene (1-35 (preferably 10-30) wt.%) and a polymer (P3) (comprising (M) and polyethylenes 1-30 (preferably 5-25) wt.% ), where high density polyethylene and (P3) are optionally functionalized).</p>
