PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing structure in which a light source is collected and derived to a scanned area. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted by combining reflecting faces 832 and 831 shaped like circular-arc and elliptic circular-arc, and an anti-optical piece is attached or anti-optical materials are applied to the surface so that the light intensity and light uniformity of a face to be scanned can be improved. When a light source 82 is made to emit lights, the rays of light are directly made incident to the face to be scanned in a fixed light emission area, and the originally invalid rays of light in the other azimuth are also collected by the reflecting faces 832 and 831 shaped like circular-arc and elliptic circular-arc, and the rays of light are derived to the required area to be scanned, and then made to develop themselves on a photosensitive element(CCD or CMOS) 85 by the area to be scanned.
