<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the low-resistance characteristics and reliability of a wiring line. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film transistor array panel has a wiring line for display device which has a 1st conductive layer containing a conductive oxide and a 2nd conductive layer containing silver, an insulating substrate 110, a gate line formed on the insulating substrate 110, a data line 171 including a source electrode 173 formed on the gate insulating film 140 and a drain electrode 175 opposed to the source electrode 173, and a pixel electrode 190 connected to the drain electrode 175. At least one of the gate line, the data line 171, and the drain electrode 175 includes a first conductive layer containing a conductive oxide and a second conductive layer containing silver.
