<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID (Radio_Frequency_IDentification) tag and the like for exchanging information with an external device in a non-contact fashion, in which a problem caused by protuberance of paste by pressing force from a bump of an IC chip is avoided by adopting paste as an antenna material. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID tag is provided with paste escape recessed parts 131 into which some portions of the paste constituting an antenna 122 is caused to flow, the paste having been fluidized by pressure received from the bump 16 when an IC chip with the bump 16 is connected to the antenna 122. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
