<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a pedestrian without giving trouble to a driver in a night movement body informing device for informing the driver of the vehicle of existence of the movement body such as the pedestrian at night. <P>SOLUTION: In the night movement body informing device 1, the situation ahead of an own vehicle is photographed by an infrared camera 2, an informing object position detection part 3 detects a position of the pedestrian based on the photographed image. A marking light switching control part 8 operates a determination formula for determining whether or not irradiation of a marking light by a spot light 4 is effective and performs switching of irradiation of the marking light by the spot light 4 and lighting of fog lights 6, 7 based on the operation result.
