PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunction system including an automatic data correcting function in which only parts of output paper filled in a marker in a particular color is recognized by an OCR and text information is corrected on a UI to carry out re-output and correction of an original file. SOLUTION: The multifunction system is provided with a means for attaching watermark information for specifying an outputted file to the printout paper and uses an OCR to recognize only correction object parts on the basis of positional information obtained by a particular pattern or the marker in the particular color, corrects the obtained text data on the user interface, reflects the correction result on the file and thereafter again outputs the file and transmits the file after the correction back to an output source such as a PC.
