PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external facing equipped with functions such as waterproofing, thermal insulation, condensation prevention etc. as well as superior in execution efficiency. SOLUTION: The external facing A comprises a metal-made roof material C consisting of a waterproof piece 13 on the front end on the upper course side of a decorated surface 4, a female type interconnection section 15 forming a fitting piece 14, an uneven step decorated surface 6 on the front end of the lower course side of the decorated surface 4, the deepest piece 8 and a male type interconnection section 12 forming an insertion piece 9 projecting the front end of the deepest piece 8 to the lower course side and a fixture E formed of a fixed piece, an interlocking piece bending the front end to the upper course side by bending the lower end of the fixed piece to the above, an interlocking groove consisting of the interlocking piece and the fixed piece and a supporting piece projected to the lower course side rather than the lower end of the fixed piece bending the front end to the lower course side by bending the front end of the interlocking piece to the above, and it is so constituted that the upper end section of the metal-made roof material C is supported by the supporting piece of the fixture E and, at the same time, the upper end section of the metal-made roof material C is fixed by fixing the fixed piece of the fixture by an anchorage device and that the lower end section of the metal-made roof material C is fixed by engaging the insertion piece 9 with the interlocking groove of the fixture E.
