PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam through hole reinforcing method available in a concrete-based building, which is implemented by employing a simple structure in a simple and quick manner, contributes to effective suppression of cracking, degradation in shearing strength, etc., occurring on the periphery of the beam through hole formed in the concrete-based building, and brings about improved adhesive strength and buckling strength of upper and lower main reinforcements of the through hole. SOLUTION: According to the method, a pair of L-shaped reinforcements which are formed by bending the reinforcements into the ell, are arranged opposedly to each other in a manner pinching the through hole 3 on both right and left sides and in a manner locating each intermediate bent portion of the L-shaped reinforcement at an external location. Then upper and lower ends of each L-shaped reinforcement are hooked on the beam main reinforcements 1 and the intermediate bent portion is hooked by each inner end of an anchoring auxiliary reinforcement 5.
