PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing having a longer service life while preventing peeling resulting from hydrogen when working under a high temperature, a high speed and a high load and maintaining high conducting performance for a long time. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 1 comprises a plurality of balls 14 turnably held between an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12 via a cage 13 at almost equal intervals. A conductive seal 15 is provided ranging over the inner ring 11 and the outer ring 12. In a void S formed by the inner ring 11, the outer ring 12, the cage 13, the balls 14 and the conductive seal 15, conductive grease is filled which contains lubricating base oil and puffing agent.
