<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet manufactured by a papermaking method and capable of improving conductivity and a bending characteristic, and to provide a separator for a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet manufactured by a papermaking method contains conductive fibers each having an average fiber length over 2 mm, conductive powder and a resin. In this case, it is preferable that the percentage content of the conductive fibers is 1-20 mass%, that of the conducive powder is 50-96 mass% and that of the resin is 3-20 mass%.
