<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a ground layer 5 using a single tape 10 formed by coating one surface of a base material 8 made of an insulator with a conductive layer 9, and to provide a structure capable of grounding both barrier layer 4 present at the inner diameter side to the ground layer 5 and water impervious layer 6 present at the outer diameter side to the ground layer 5 at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: The ground layer 5 is constructed by winding the tape 10 spirally. A part of the tape 10 in the widthwise direction is so folded at 180° as to locate the base material 8 inside in a folding direction, so that the conductive layer 9 is exposed at both surfaces of the tape 10 on the part in the widthwise direction. The conductive layer 9 is, therefore, electrically connect inner and outer peripheral surfaces to each other via a folded part 11. The conductive layer 9 at the inner peripheral surface side is brought in contact with the barrier layer 4, and the conductive layer 9 at the outer peripheral surface side is brought in contact with the water impervious layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
