PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new natural beverage having cerebral function-ameliorating activities and anti-cancer activities, concretely, active oxygen-scavenging effects, cancer-preventing effects, dotage-preventing effects, dotage-treating effects, mnemonic power-enhancing effects, cerebral function-activating effects, cerebral thrombosis-treating effects and blood flow-enlarging effects.

SOLUTION: The mixing of lees of rice wine, honey, milk, cocoa powder and extract of onion components in proper concentrations causes new conventionally unknown various effects.
