<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, method and program for image processing, and an apparatus, method and program for print control, capable of restraining inconvenience produced accompanying the processing for correcting image quality reduction. <P>SOLUTION: When correcting an image, an image data is obtained, a distortion data indicating the distortion in the image is obtained, the above distortion data is referred to, and sharpness correction on the order of correction corresponding to the distortion is performed on the above image data.
