<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink which forms, by a two-liquid system, an image suffering from no peeling of a coloring material even when a recorded part is rubbed, an inkjet recording method and a recorded matter. <P>SOLUTION: The water-soluble ink is used together with a reaction liquid containing a reactive component reactive with the water-soluble ink to agglomerate or gelatinize the ink, and comprises water, a water-soluble organic solvent, a pigment and at least two water-soluble polymer compound different at least in hydrophilicity from each other, where at least one polymer compound has a salt-out concentration at least two times as large as that of the other polymer compounds and exhibits a film-forming property.
