<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt grid computing so as to efficiently operate a system by balancing a local job and a grid job. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming system judges whether an input job is a local job or a grid job and an operation section 202 has a priority selection means for selecting which one of the grid job and the local job should be prioritized.
