PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify maintenance work and improve its efficiency. SOLUTION: A brush thickness detecting part 341 detects a decrease value of the thickness of a conductor brush 321 decreased by abrasion of the conductor brush 321 by relatively moving with its into contact with a conductor ring 311. A notification part 361 determines whether the decrease value of the thickness of the conductor brush 321 detected by the brush thickness detecting part 341 exceeds a reference value or not and notifies that the decrease value exceeds the reference value.
