SPROUT USING F. TATARICUM GRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sprouts using F. tataricum grains and to provide a production technique most suitable for the sprouts.

SOLUTION: (1) The sprouts are produced by sprouting F. tataricum grains. (2) Rutin content in the sprouts is ≥30 mg/g per dry weight. (3) Rutin content in the sprouts is ≥50 mg/g per dry weight. (4) F. tataricum grain to be used for F. tataricum sprout production is a variety/line with polyploidy more than tetraploid.
