<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fastening structure of an ultra high pressure resin hose and a mouth fitting by a skive system to eliminate exterior resin softened under high temperature, realize secure hose fastening, reduce wall thickness of the hose in a fastening part, and press a reinforcing layer wire by a fastening device directly. <P>SOLUTION: This fastening structure of the ultra high pressure resin hose is constituted by inserting an inner cylinder 2a of the mouth fitting 2 into a tip of the resin hose 1 and fastening a section corresponding to the inner cylinder additionally from an outer side of the hose by the fastening device 3. In this hose, an exterior part 1c of an additionally fastening part is removed to expose a reinforcing wire layer, a pressing means is formed in a part corresponding to an end part of the left exterior part on an inner peripheral face of the fastening device, a tip part of the exterior part is pressed by fastening the fastening device additionally, and the exposed reinforcing wire layer of the hose and the fastening device bite each other directly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
