PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy manufacturing method of an electromagnetic wave shield film which is excellent in translucency and electromagnetic wave shield effect at a low cost for display of CRT, liquid crystal, plasma or the like. SOLUTION: At least two sets of strip-shaped metallized films 2a, 2b are laminated on a transparent substrate 1 in the shape of a cross, and an electromagnetic wave shield film is constituted.
