PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finite element analysis method, a finite element analysis device and a computer program, in which computing time is minimized while reducing processing load without exponentially increasing the computing time even in a case that the shape of a structure is complicated. SOLUTION: Each finite element is divided to a plurality of areas, and displacement value and stress value are calculated for each divided area, and the maximum value of difference in stress value among the areas is calculated. When the calculated maximum value is larger than a predetermined value, each of the plurality of areas is further divided to a plurality of areas, repetitive operation is performed for each of the divided areas to calculate the maximum value of difference in stress value among the areas, and when it reaches a limit value, information showing that the maximum value of difference in stress value is larger than the predetermined value is transmitted to the outside.
