PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed energy saving vessel having good efficiency and running with a small resistance. SOLUTION: The high-speed energy saving vessel is structured so that water is taken in from an intake hole D provided in the vessel lower part and is boosted in the pressure, and the energy of the water is ejected efficiently from the stern through utilization of the transition region in the middle between a laminar flow and a turbulent flow, and thereby a propulsive force is given to the vessel.
