PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative metal plate excellent in whitening resistance without causing a whitening phenomenon by generating a fine crack on the surface layer side of a resin layer when bending having a small radius of curvature and severe is provided in a work environment at low temperature such as the winter season or the like, and being covered with an acrylic resin. SOLUTION: The decorative metal plate keeps a meatal plate such as zinc steel overlaid with a plural layer resin, provided by forming a print layer between a transparent acrylic resin layer which blends the acrylic resin, acrylic rubber and a ultraviolet absorbent, and a color acrylic resin layer including a color pigment in a blend resin which blends the acrylic resin, the acrylic rubber, the ultraviolet absorber and a plasticizer, and selective forms emboss recesses on the surface of the transparent acrylic resin layer.
