PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling system for molds for hot press which uses a temperature adjustment device, water vapor as a heating medium, and water as a cooling medium and can change over mold heating/cooling easily in a short time. SOLUTION: The heating/cooling system supplies water vapor or cooling water to the molds 1-4 interchageably, repeats heating the molds 1-4, molding a molding, and cooling the molds 1-4, and comprises a heating unit for producing the water vapor, a cooling unit for supplying and circulating the cooling water, temperature sensors 5a-5d arranged in the molds 1-4, a heating medium path 11 and cooling medium path 12 which can supply the water vapor and the cooling water interchageably to the molds 1-4, and the temperature adjustment device 10 having a control means which stores a temperature judging program, judges the temperatures of the molds 1-4 based on temperatures detected by the temperature sensors 5a-5d, and controls the interchangeable supply of the water vapor and the cooling water to the molds 1-4 and molding operations in the molds 1-4.
