PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compensator arrangement collating method equipped with an easily manufacturable compensator for a device for irradiating radiation which replaces a compensator for which many procedures and much time are required for production and a means for confirming and collating its arrangement pattern. SOLUTION: A total of three kinds of compensator rods of a rectangular parallelepiped shape formed with only a heavy material with a specific gravity of more than 11, a compensator rod of a rectangular parallelepiped shape formed with only a material with a light mass, and a compensator rod of a rectangular parallelepiped shape which is made by jointing the heavy material with the specific gravity of more than 11 and the light material with the specific gravity of less than 1, are arranged in a matrix shape to fill a case so that the arrangement pattern can be collated and confirmed.
