PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt cover, which can prevent a quilt from slipping down in consideration of users, especially small children, people requiring care and disabled people who are physically handicapped, who do not recognize or cannot put on the fallen quilt by him/herself when the quilt slips down during sleeping and the cover can be easily changed even when a bedridden person is on the futon. SOLUTION: A mattress cover 1 is spread on a mattress, four corners are put in and a mattress slit is closed with a Velcro tape attached to the rear face of the cover. A quilt cover 11 is spread on a quilt cover 4, four corners are put in and a quilt slit is closed with a Velcro tape attached to the upper face of the cover. A fastener 2 attached to the cover 1 and a fastener 5 attached to the cover 4 are connected, and a fastener 3 attached to the cover 1 and a fastener 6 attached to the cover 4 are connected.
