The device comprises of a high pressure pump (7), one piping, a cutter head of the nozzle and liquid inside the nozzle which contains a large quantity of dissolved gas. The high pressure liquid separates as it comes out of the nozzle and hits the work piece under the influence of fall in pressure whereby a liquid mixture is formed. An independent claim is also included for the method for cutting and surface treatment by high pressure water jet.
