Provided are compositions comprising at least one polymeric emulsifier, at least one hydrophobic agent, and at least one foaming agent, the composition s exhibiting at least one of the properties selected from the group consisting of a Deposition Value of greater than about 7 micrograms per square centimeter, a Maximum Foam Volume of greater than about 100 ml, and combinations of two or more thereof. Also provided are methods of cleaning t he skin using the compositions, and methods of promoting products comprising th e compositions having high foaming and/or high deposition properties.
