<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of reducing moire images. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus, an image forming carrier is charged by a high voltage including a high AC voltage, and then laser is radiated to the image forming carrier in accordance with image information to draw an electrostatic latent image on the image forming carrier, and the electrostatic latent image is visualized by a developer.
