PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a encryption processor capable of maintaining safety of data protected by the encryption processor even when unauthorized processing is requested by a malicious third party, such as an unauthorized user or unauthorized driver. SOLUTION: A storage part 103 stores a first operating parameter set when encrypting processed data, a second operating parameter for decrypting the processed data is inputted by an input part 105, it is decided if the second operating parameter is unauthorized by using the first operating parameter and the second operating parameter by a control unit 101, the number of times to decide unauthorized is stored, and when the stored number of times exceeds a specified value, the processed data are encrypted again by an encryption/decription part 102.
