<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform turning control of a DC motor with high accuracy by precisely correcting variances in characteristics of the DC motor by simpler measurement operations. <P>SOLUTION: A correction line (a straight line) is drawn so as to locate it higher than all plotted points (FIG 5), a primary expression which indicates the correction line is derived from the position of inclination of the correction line and a y-axis (I_sub), a correction quantity calculation formula is obtained (step S1), which is used for calculating approximation (a correction value α) of the maximum value of the I_sub to a Duty_sub in an arbitrary rotational speed range of a CR motor 63. A difference (Duty_sub) between an actual value and a theoretical value of a control duty D when rotation of the CR motor 63 is controlled at a predetermined rotational speed is substituted into the correction quantity calculation formula in each inkjet recorder 50 to calculate the corrective value α (step S2).
