PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector fixed to a swollen exterior component arranged on an outer surface of a car body which is excellent in oil resistance, and easy in coating. SOLUTION: The protector 11 is fixed to an edge of a swollen exterior component 15 arranged on an outer surface of a car body 14 via a fixing means 18 with an outer edge to be elastically brought into contact with the outer surface of the body. An acrylic thermoplastic elastomer 3 containing graft copolymer consisting of acrylic and olefin is arranged on an exposed outer surface of the protector 11. As necessary, a coated layer 13 is provided on the exposed outer surface of the acrylic thermoplastic elastomer 3 consisting of acrylic and olefin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
