Paint roller (1) has a bracket (5) which is pivotable and it is fastened in tool holder (3) or actuated with the hand, whereby the paint roller is supplied paint through inlet (4) and bracket. Paint is pumped inside the paint roller by openings (6), in the paint cylinder (2), and into the roller brush, which are arranged around the paint cylinder. Paint is delivered and distributed by the roller brush and it can start rolling on surface to be painted, during which the paint roller together with the tool holder and controllable tool carrier move along the frames or the paint roller is hand actuated.
