<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for fuel cell capable of appropriately suppressing deformation and damage when the internal pressure has increased, while realizing a reduction of size and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell case 1 is assembled by jointing an upper case 10 and a lower case 11 of half-split structure and contains a fuel cell inside. Each of the upper case 10 and the lower case 11 has flange portions 23, 43 having a jointing face and bent portions 24, 44 formed by bending the edge of the flange portions 23, 43.
