PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device, electronic equipment and a data access method, which reduce an excess access time to a plurality of access targets having different access times. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit device 200 includes: first to mth (k≤m, m is an integer) data storage parts having k (2≤k, k is an integer) kinds of wait cycle numbers; first to mth chip selection designation registers for designating one of first to nth (2≤n<m, n is an integer) chip selection signals by use of which the jth (1≤j≤m, j is an integer) data storage part is accessed in the jth chip selection designation register; and an address decoder distinguishing one of the first to mth data storage parts to which the access is performed on the basis of address data. When the chip selection signal designated by the jth chip selection designation signal is active and when it is judged that the access is the access to the jth data storage part, the access is permitted.
