PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a degree of freedom in selection of a decorative panel by carrying out adjustment in response to a thickness of the decorative panel. SOLUTION: In the door for the refrigerator, a left cap 100 and a right cap 110 are covered on an outer plate so that they can move in a fore and aft direction, a left edge part of the decorative plate is inserted in a left plate inserting part 106 of the left cap 100, and a right edge part of the decorative plate is inserted in a right plate inserting part 116 of the right cap 110. In such a composition, an effective width size of the left plate inserting part 106, and an effective width size of the right plate inserting part 116 can be changed by adjusting a fore and aft position of the left cap 100 and a fore and aft position of the right cap 110. By this, since the thickness of the decorative panel will not be restrained to a fixed preferred size, the degree of freedom in selection of the decorative panel is improved.
