PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening part structure for an exhaust manifold cover preventing damage of the exhaust manifold cover caused by high temperature heat, vibration and noise, and limiting manufacturing cost and facilitating mounting work. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a structure of a fastening part of a cover 3 mounted on an exhaust manifold 2 with using a fastening bolt 11, the cover 3 includes a hollow fastening bulge part bulging from a contact surface 13 of the exhaust manifold 2 and the cover 3 and including a space between the contact surfaces 13, and an opening part 10 formed on the fastening bulge part 14 and capable of having the fastening bolt 11 inserted through.
