PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operations for changing over a plurality of refills in a writing implement having the refills. SOLUTION: A sleeve (9) is provided rotatably in a holder tube (1). The refills (16A), (16B) in a plurality are fitted movably axially in this sleeve (9). At the back of the sleeve (9), a pushrod (26) having a pushing part at an eccentric position and being movable axially is provided. A switch (32) is fitted to the sleeve (9) and a knob of this switch (32) is exposed on the lateral side of the holder tube (1). When the sleeve (9) is rotated by operating the switch (32), the refill opposed to the pushing part of the pushrod (26) is changed and changeover to a desired refill is enabled.
