PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire manufacturing apparatus which enables the production of a tire by easily supplying an annular bead. SOLUTION: The green tire manufacturing apparatus is equipped with a member arranging means for arranging a tire constituent member on a core and a bead attaching means 8 equipped with a bead support part 21 having a first support surface 29 for supporting at least one layer of the annular bead 7 comprising a bead wires 7a from the surface direction thereof and a second support surface 30 for supporting the bead 7 from the radiant direction of the bead 7 to arrange the bead 7, which is supported by the bead support part 21, to a built-up rubber.
