A FUEL INJECTION NOZZLE

A fuel injection nozzle for engine includes a nozzle housing, a nozzle valve and a nozzle cap, when the fuel pressure in the nozzle chamber is higher than the specified value, the nozzle valve is opened and the fuel is injected through the nozzle cap, the nozzle valve consists of a valve element, a valve seat and a spring. The nozzle chamber is formed by the nozzle housing and the back end of the valve seat, the supply passage is provided in the nozzle housing, the spring is located between the valve element and the valve seat in the nozzle chamber to make the nozzle valve close. The residual volume is formed by the nozzle cap and the front end of the valve seat, an injection orifice provided in the nozzle cap is connected with the residual volume. A fuel injection nozzle for pulse fuel pump in electrical fuel injection system is disclosed in the invention. The fuel injection nozzle has the simple and compact structure and the injection direction is variable, therefore the seating face will not be damaged by the flame in the combustion chamber.
