<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize a lot of work related to fault investigation for solving the causes of a fault by performing installation processing normally in a simple log mode, and by automatically collecting a detailed log and information for isolating the fault again when an error occurs during processing. <P>SOLUTION: When an error occurs during installation, uninstallation is made once after the installation is completed, installation is performed again in the detailed log mode, and the detailed log is collected automatically.
