PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of the temperature of a mold by inhibiting the actuation of a cooling mechanism even when the mold is released in response to an operation. SOLUTION: A release-switch 7 for manually releasing the mold for a finishing mold is provided in respective sections S1-S10. When an operation signal from the release switch 7 of a prescribed section is input, a controller 2 releases a finishing mold of a prescribed finishing mold device and allows a blow head to ascend. Further, the controller 2 becomes such a state that a cooling instruction signal to a cooling mechanism is not output even when a timing of executing cooling treatment has come.
