PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge correction of information from an ink tank by a simple constitution in an inkjet recording apparatus. SOLUTION: On specified changeable data read out from the ink tank, its receiving data is compared with the data on a control table to perform a judgement on correction (S602), and whether the data read out is right or not is investigated (S603). Namely, using ID information, the variable information held by a printer is compared with the variable information stored in a tag of the ink tank, and the correction of its variable information data is judged in the ink tank in accordance with it. Like this, among the variable information in the tag information of the ink tank, its correction on the same variable information read out from the ink tank can be judged by using the data on the variable information existing in the storing part of a printer main body.
