<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium in which optical information of high quality and large capacity can be highly efficiently and stably recorded by using an optical information processing apparatus using a near field effect of light, to provide its manufacturing method and to provide an optical information recording apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has a flat plate-shaped substrate and a finely structured recording layer of a size of a wavelength of recording light or below formed on the substrate.
